What are Credits?
Credits (MagicCoins) are in-app units used to access MagicSwap's AI-powered features, including AI Photo, AI Avatar, AI Effects, and AI Tools. Credits:
- Do not represent real-world currency
- Are non-transferable and cannot be gifted
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds
How to Get Credits
1. Subscription Plans
Active subscribers receive credits automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Yearly subscribers receive credits monthly (1,250 credits per month for 12 months). Prices vary by region — see the app for current pricing.
Subscribers also enjoy Premium x2 bonus when purchasing additional credit packs (see below).
2. Credit Packs (In-App Purchase)
Purchase credits anytime. Credits are added to your wallet instantly.

3. Premium x2 Bonus
Active paid subscribers receive double credits when purchasing any credit pack.

Premium x2 applies only to paid subscribers. Trial users and free users receive the base amount.
4. Free Trial
New users can start a 3-day free trial of the Weekly plan. During the trial:
- Receive 300 credits per day (up to 900 credits total)
- Credits are delivered automatically each day
- If you cancel during the trial, you keep all credits received until the trial ends
- Unused trial credits do not expire — they remain in your wallet
After the trial, you will be charged $6.99/week and receive 1,500 credits per cycle.
5. Introductory Offer
First-time subscribers may be eligible for a special introductory offer:
- Discounted price for the first week (see app for pricing)
- Receive 1,500 credits immediately
- Enjoy full subscriber benefits including Premium x2 on credit packs
- Auto-renews at regular weekly price after the introductory period
6. Promotional Credits
From time to time, we may offer bonus credits through special events, campaigns, or rewards. Validity and conditions vary per promotion.
How Credits Are Used

Credits are deducted immediately when AI generation starts. If a task fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your wallet.
Credit Usage Order
Credits with the shortest remaining validity are used first. For example, subscription credits (30-day validity) are consumed before purchased credits (2-year validity).

Subscription credits reset each cycle. Unused subscription credits from the previous cycle do not carry over.
Expired credits are removed automatically and cannot be recovered.
Credits & Subscription
- Subscriptions unlock premium features (faster processing, premium templates, exclusive effects) and grant monthly/weekly credit bonuses
- Credits cover the AI processing cost but do not unlock subscription-exclusive features
- If your subscription expires:
- Purchased and promotional credits remain usable until their expiration
- Remaining subscription credits expire at the end of their billing cycle
- You lose access to subscriber-only features and Premium x2 bonus
Checking Your Balance
You can view your credit balance and transaction history from:
- Profile screen — current balance
- My Subscription section — subscription credits and history
- Pre-generation popup — credits required before starting a task
FAQ
Q: Why can't I use a feature even though I have credits?
Some premium features require an active subscription in addition to credits. Credits cover the AI processing cost, but subscription-exclusive features (fast processing, exclusive templates, priority queue) require an active plan.
Q: Do I lose my credits if I cancel my subscription?
No. Purchased credits and any remaining subscription credits stay in your wallet until they expire. You only lose access to subscriber-exclusive features and the Premium x2 bonus.
Q: Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Credits are non-refundable. Please review your credit balance before making additional purchases.
Q: What happens to my trial credits if I don't subscribe?
Trial credits remain in your wallet with no expiration. You can use them anytime, even without a subscription.
